"Thanks, Captain Vegetable!"

Yesterday, I gathered with my family to celebrate (a week late) my first Father’s Day since dropping dead from a heart attack on National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day (more commonly known as November 9, 2022).

I owe it all to my new, favorite super-hero, Captain Vegetable! “Crunch! Crunch! Crunch!”
